- Are there any hidden fees (admin, insurance, deposits)? First month rent plus Key deposit, Insurance mandatory and must have own coverage prior to occupancy, proof must be provided.
- Are there restrictions on storing hazardous materials or flammables? No hazardous/flammables are to be stored, refer to lease for further information
